The carnation is a flower that lends itself to a lot of floral work. That’s why it is so much fun to experiment with this surprising flower! For instance, in a corsage. A corsage is a small bouquet of flowers worn on a woman's dress or around her wrist for a formal occasion. It is still customary for someone to give their female date a corsage when attending a formal dance. It is however recommended that the flowers of the corsage be complementary in color to the attire of the person wearing them.
